Add to Technorati FavoritesWelcome! If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed so you won't miss the Blarties (=blog+party) on the weekends. To find out more about our Blarties check out this post, too. Looking forward to seeing you on the weekends!
As promised every now and then I’ll share recipes that have proven to be popular with my family and friends. Naturally since I am a southerner there will be a collection of southern recipes, some of which are healthy and, of course, some of which will probably clog your arteries if you indulge in them frequently.
You may find these duplicated on my blog because of seasonal recipes that will be featured in timely blog posts. All recipes will be filed away under this section of my blog in the appropiate category as I make them available.
As with most others in our age group at this stage of our lives, DH and I are particularly interested in healthy but tasty recipes. Our main goals are to stabilize blood sugar levels, lower and maintain cholesterol levels, and keep blood pressure levels in check.
If you have recipes to share that will help reach these goals I’d love to hear from you. I’ll be more than happy to link back to your recipes so others can enjoy as well.
