					<description>Yes, there are. I use Mary Kay's Microdermabrasion Set and LOVE it. I've been using it for 2 years now and can't imagine doing without it.

					<description>Hmmm... I am not sure about sandpaper. It sounds &quot;scarring&quot;. There are however microdermabrasion kits take home version very similar to the spa grade quality.  It's gentler.</description>
